Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service to members and guests, ensuring a premium golf experience
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, tee time bookings, and tournament registrations
- Oversee merchandising: inventory management, product selection, and visual presentation
- Collaborate with golf professionals on operational tasks, events, and player development programs
- Contribute to marketing initiatives, promotions, and member communications
- Support overall club operations with professionalism and initiative
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and leadership skills
- Interest in pursuing a career in golf operations or club management
- Prior retail or hospitality experience preferred
