Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Managerial Assistant to support the Patient Care Services Manager with a range of clerical and payroll / time-keeping administrative duties. This role is integral to ensuring efficient departmental operations and maintaining compliance with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supports time-keeping by reviewing payroll throughout the pay cycle, verifying overall accuracy including appropriate shift and differential assignment as applicable.
- Assist with compliance tracking and monitoring as directed by the Patient Care Services Manager or designee.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism, integrity, and accountability in all interactions.
Requirements
- Relevant payroll experience required along with UKG / KRONOS experience is highly preferred.
- Formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate’s degree (2 years of college); a degree in a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant office/administrative experience
- Previous experience in a professional office or healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills are required.
