Serodino Inc is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, with a knack for organizing and multitasking. The Executive Assistant will maintain schedules, coordinate meetings, and ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

- Provide high-quality administrative and clerical assistance to the CEO.
- Manage calendar, including scheduling appointments, confirming meetings and coordinating agendas.
- Screen and direct phone calls, emails and distribute correspondence.
- Make travel arrangements, including booking transportation, making reservations, and preparing itineraries.
- Prepare and facilitate various reports, briefings, and presentations for the CEO.
- Maintain an efficient filing system, ensuring security and confidentiality of the data.
- Coordinate internal and external events and staff meetings.
- Proven work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent MS Office knowledge and English proficiency.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Discreet and possess a professional attitude, appearance, and demeanor.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferable.
