We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contract Management Specialist to support the administration, review, and management of construction contracts and related project documentation. This role will partner closely with Operations, Legal, Risk Management, and Project Teams to ensure contracts are executed, tracked, and maintained in accordance with company standards while minimizing contractual risk.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contract Management Specialist to support the administration, review, and management of construction contracts and related project documentation. This role will partner closely with Operations, Legal, Risk Management, and Project Teams to ensure contracts are executed, tracked, and maintained in accordance with company standards while minimizing contractual risk.
Key Responsibilities
- Review owner contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, NDAs, and other project-related agreements for completeness and compliance.
- Coordinate the contract execution process, ensuring timely routing, approvals, signatures, and document retention.
- Track contract milestones, insurance requirements, amendments, renewals, notices, and other key obligations.
- Maintain organized contract files and document management systems.
- Partner with Operations and Risk Management to identify contract issues and escalate items requiring legal review.
- Assist with preparing contract exhibits, correspondence, and standard contract documentation.
- Support project teams by answering contract-related administrative questions and ensuring documentation remains current.
- Help develop and maintain standardized contract processes, templates, and best practices.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, paralegal support, or a similar administrative role.
- Experience reviewing and administering commercial or construction contracts preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
