Role Description
Payne & Blanchard is seeking an attorney with one to ten years of litigation experience. This is a full-time Associate Attorney role located in Dallas, Texas with the flexibility for some remote work. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for managing cases from inception to completion, including providing legal representation and advice to clients, drafting legal documents, attending hearings, taking depositions, attending mediation, and attending trial.
For less experienced attorneys, this position is ideal for those who want to get hands-on litigation experience in a collaborative environment that promotes personal growth, professional development, and work-life balance. Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Texas
- One to ten years of litigation experience

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year, based on experience, with additional compensation possible through bonuses based on billable hours
