Sales/Service BDC Agent

As a Sales/Service BDC Agent, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers. Your role will focus on generating appointments, following up with leads, and supporting the sales team to achieve performance-based objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and texts to engage with potential customers.
- Set and confirm sales appointments for the dealerships sales team.
- Effectively communicate dealership promotions, offers, and inventory to prospective buyers.
- Track and follow up with leads in the CRM system to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales managers and sales professionals to ensure a seamless handoff of customers.
- Consistently meet or exceed performance goals related to lead conversions, appointments, and sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and building rapport with customers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, business development, call center, or automotive BDC highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed performance-based objectives.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven by commission opportunities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- Bilingual
