Position Overview:
The Listing Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing product listings across various e-commerce platforms. This individual will ensure that PayMore’s products are accurately represented online with detailed descriptions, high-quality images, and competitive pricing. The role demands excellent attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to understand market trends and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Listing Creation:
- Accurately list products on e-commerce platforms, ensuring all required details (descriptions, pricing, specifications, images) are included.
- Write compelling, SEO-optimized product descriptions that highlight the features and benefits of each product.
- Content Optimization:
- Update and improve product listings regularly based on feedback, market trends, and product changes.
- Ensure that all listings meet platform guidelines and best practices for visibility and sales conversion.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct research on competitors' product listings to ensure PayMore’s offerings stand out.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in electronics and pricing strategies to help optimize listings.
- Image Management:
- Coordinate with the photography team or use in-house tools to ensure high-quality images are included with each listing.
- Inventory Management:
- Work with the inventory team to ensure product availability is accurately reflected on all platforms.
- Platform Management:
- Regularly update product details on all relevant e-commerce platforms (e.g., eBay, Amazon, Walmart, etc.).
- Monitor and track performance metrics of product listings, including views, sales conversions, and customer feedback.
