We’re looking for an energetic, tech-savvy Front-of-House Buyer & Seller to join our retail team. If you love technology, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced retail & eCommerce environment, this is the job for you!
This position is a heavy-sales, people person, and tech savvy position. Your main responsibilities are buying, selling and relationship building with on-the-go data entry and closing sale after sale. This is a fast paced, exciting front-end position: no day in a PayMore Store is ever the same.
In this role, you will:
- Buy, sell, and trade electronics ranging from iPhones and MacBooks to retro gaming systems
- Negotiate with customers and close multiple sales daily
- Become a trusted electronics expert for customers
Key Responsibilities
- Buying & Trading
- Evaluate and price smartphones, laptops, gaming systems, and other electronics
- Test devices (data wiping, functionality checks, etc.)
- Make real-time purchase and trade offers
- Negotiate pricing professionally with customers
Sales
- Assist customers in selecting pre-owned devices
- Build relationships and deliver strong customer service
- Upsell warranties and additional products
- Daily Responsibilities
- Greet and engage with customers
- Research pricing using POS systems and market data
- Enter accurate inventory and transaction records
- Manage multiple transactions and customers simultaneously
Qualifications
Required:
- 2 years of sales experience (retail or similar)
- Strong knowledge of consumer electronics
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Preferred:
- 5 years of electronics experience or strong personal expertise
- Experience with eBay or resale platforms
- Typing speed of 70 WPM with high accuracy

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
