Role Description The Inside Sales Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Lehi, UT, responsible for driving new business and managing existing merchant relationships. Day-to-day activities include qualifying inbound and outbound leads, conducting discovery calls, and presenting tailored payment processing solutions to prospective clients. The role involves managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals, coordinating with underwriting and onboarding teams, and ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to active account. The Inside Sales Account Executive will maintain regular communication with merchants to identify growth opportunities, address concerns, and support retention. This position also includes using CRM tools, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize sales strategies and meet revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated Inside Sales experience with proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and nurturing leads through the sales cycle.
- Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written, for conducting professional calls, virtual meetings, and follow-up correspondence.
- Account Management and Relationship Building skills to maintain long-term client partnerships and support merchant growth.
- Experience or familiarity with payments, merchant services, fintech, or financial services is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic sales reporting tools; comfort working with data to inform decisions.
