We are seeking an ideal candidate with 1 to 2 years of customer service experience in a wholesale or distribution environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Entering and processing customer orders in the ERP system
- Becoming a product and customer expert, serving as a resource for the Royalty team
- Negotiating and processing customer RMAs
- Managing contracts, purchase orders, proof of delivery (POD), and delivery schedules
- Participating in team initiatives and continuous process improvement efforts
- Providing administrative support and ensuring office efficiency
- Collaborating with management on various projects
- Communicating effectively with colleagues, customers, and warehouse personnel
- Resolving customer concerns by providing timely and appropriate solutions
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Maintaining filing systems and records
- Performing general office and clerical duties
- Preparing customer invoices accurately and promptly
- Demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and punctuality
Position Details
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Location: Van Nuys
- Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
