We are looking for a mission-driven Operations Specialist to join our team!
The Operations Specialist welcomes and assists patients, their families, and visitors while at the satellite location. Responsibilities include answering questions, providing information on services, and directing people to the correct location of service while promoting an atmosphere that is hospitable and efficient.
This is a full-time position located at our Bellevue and Northwest Omaha locations. The schedule will be 40 hours per week; generally, Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm.

- High school diploma or GED required.
- Verbal and written proficiency in both English and Spanish required.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products required.
- One or more years of customer service experience (face to face and phones) required.
- Medical office experience preferred.
- Basic operational knowledge of office machinery required.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, high level of integrity, and a drive to do the best job possible required.
- Ability and willingness to attend workshops, meetings, and/or in-services.
- Demonstrated ability to relate with effectiveness to the public, the patients, and the health care providers of the OneWorld Community Health Centers.
- Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a team, analyze and solve problems, and prioritize and organize tasks.
