Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Complete Commercial bids by analyzing blueprints, labor, material, and time requirements for a project
- Maintain contact and relationships with private individuals and contractors
- Manage leads
- Collaborate with production and sales on projects
- Input cost data into company database
- Other misc. duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to legally and physically able to drive a motor vehicle
- Must be able to occasionally lift 100 pounds
- Must be able to occasionally climb stairs
- Must be able to frequently sit and stand for long periods of time
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Construction background preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and plans required
- Experience with MS office and related business and communication tools preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Work well under pressure and meets deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Organizational and time management skills
