Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and develop comprehensive plans to achieve sales targets. Your energetic approach and strategic mindset will be essential in fostering long-term customer relationships, enhancing brand visibility, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. This position is a base hourly wage with sales commissions based on performance.

Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and market share
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and key stakeholders
  • Conduct presentations and negotiations to secure new deals and expand existing accounts
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that support business growth
  • Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such to track leads, manage contacts, and analyze sales data
  • Coordinate with project management teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and successful delivery of solutions
  • Maintain detailed records of all business development activities, proposals, and negotiations
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to adapt strategies accordingly

Experience

  • Ideal candidate would have property management sales history
  • Proven experience in business development or sales roles within a competitive industry environment
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets through strategic planning and negotiation skills
  • Strong proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships
  • Familiarity with marketing principles and techniques for lead generation and brand positioning
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills that foster trust and long-term partnerships
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations, market dynamics, and customer needs is a plus

Pay- Position has base pay, expenses, and commissions. Base based on experience.
