Job Summary

Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and market share
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and key stakeholders
- Conduct presentations and negotiations to secure new deals and expand existing accounts
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that support business growth
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such to track leads, manage contacts, and analyze sales data
- Coordinate with project management teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and successful delivery of solutions
- Maintain detailed records of all business development activities, proposals, and negotiations
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to adapt strategies accordingly
Experience
- Ideal candidate would have property management sales history
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles within a competitive industry environment
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets through strategic planning and negotiation skills
- Strong proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships
- Familiarity with marketing principles and techniques for lead generation and brand positioning
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills that foster trust and long-term partnerships
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations, market dynamics, and customer needs is a plus
