Key Responsibilities
- Oversee youth and adult recreation programs and special events
- Manage aquatics operations, including staffing and safety
- Coordinate use of parks, fields, and facilities
- Hire, train, and supervise staff
- Manage department budget and daily operations
- Work closely with schools, community groups, and residents
Qualifications
- Degree in Parks & Recreation or related field
- Recreation programming and supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Aquatics and facility management experience preferred
Schedule: Includes evenings, weekends, and seasonal events as needed.
