What You’ll Be Doing
- Serve as a billing subject matter expert across internal and external teams.
- Review and assess partner billing systems for efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage high-volume transaction processing with precision and speed.
- Deliver customer-centric solutions through proactive communication and relationship building.
- Make timely decisions that keep operations moving forward.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support time-sensitive initiatives.
- 1–3 years of billing experience.
- Intermediate Excel skills and familiarity with accounting/billing software.
- Strong phone presence and top-tier customer service skills.
- Acute attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
- Self-motivation and independence in managing tasks.
- Ability to communicate clearly across diverse audiences.
- Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced situations.
- A knack for organizing, prioritizing, and deploying resources efficiently.
