Credit Analyst

We're looking for a detail-oriented Credit Analyst to provide credit analysis expertise on Country Living and Consumer Lending requests to help ensure sound comprehensive decisions are made in the credit approval process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze mortgage loan requests that require in-depth credit review.
• Review financial statements, credit reports, collateral information, and related documentation.
• Complete income analysis to determine income available for debt servicing for wage earners and Self Employed borrowers
• Gather and validate customer financial information to ensure complete and accurate analysis.
• Support loan servicing for the country living market segment
• Analyze and submit Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI) loans to provider
• Participate in internal credit reviews and collaborate with credit leadership to identify and document findings.
• Make credit decisions within delegated authority.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required. Business Administration, Agricultural Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
• 1 years of experience in credit analysis, underwriting, financial services, or agricultural lending preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and assess credit risk.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
