- Support property tax reporting, 1099 preparation, and other recurring accounting processes.
- Partner with third-party accounting teams to answer questions, provide feedback, and ensure accounting work is completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain organized financial records and continuously look for ways to improve accounting processes and efficiency.
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- 1–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in commercial real estate, property management, construction, or another multi-entity environment.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with accounting software such as Yardi or similar ERP systems is a plus.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- A proactive, dependable teammate who takes ownership and follows through.
- Why This Role?
- You'll join a growing organization where you'll have meaningful responsibility, exposure to multiple areas of accounting, and the opportunity to continue developing professionally.
- If you're looking for a role where you can build a strong accounting foundation while being part of a collaborative, entrepreneurial team, this could be a great fit.
