The Role: Staff Accountant
This is a highly-visible role that will report to the Controller. The incoming accountant will support North American operations and play a critical role in the company's month-end close process.
Ongoing responsibilities will include:
- General accounting duties include month-end closing
- Prepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist in Accounts Payable troubleshooting along with preparation of metrics reports
- Preparation and filing of monthly & quarterly sales & use tax returns
- Payroll and benefits accounting
- Fixed asset accounting

Candidate Qualifications
- Knowledge of US GAAP
- One to four years of relevant experience
- Basic Financial Analysis - The ability to analyze financial data. This includes creating spreadsheets, explaining variances, identifying issues and making appropriate recommendations.
- Sale & use tax experience preferred.
- Salesforce platforms – AccountingSeed/AvSight experience preferred.
- Strong Excel skills required.
