Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the property
- Drive leasing activity and maintain strong occupancy levels
- Manage and follow up on leads, tours, and applications
- Ensure excellent resident experience and retention
- Supervise on-site staff and coordinate with maintenance team
- Monitor rent collections, delinquencies, and reporting
- Maintain property standards, curb appeal, and unit readiness
- Coordinate with ownership on performance goals, budgets, and reporting
- Previous experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Manager
- Strong leasing and sales mindset (critical for lease-up success)
- Experience with property management systems (Entrata preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Someone who can lease units quickly and efficiently
- Strong follow-up skills — converting leads into move-ins
- Hands-on leader who takes ownership of the property
- Experience with renovated or repositioned assets is a plus
