Key Responsibilities
- General Maintenance: Perform repairs and installations for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems
- Preventive Care: Conduct inspections and routine maintenance on equipment, appliances, and systems
- Repairs & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Facility Upkeep: Maintain clean, safe, and operational common areas and grounds
- Emergency Maintenance: Respond to urgent calls, including evenings and weekends, when scheduled
- Work Orders: Complete and document resident requests in a timely manner
- Resident Service: Provide friendly, professional service when assisting residents
- Safety Compliance: Follow safety guidelines, building codes, and company policies
- Prior experience in apartment, hotel, or property maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance required
- Certifications (HVAC, plumbing, etc.) a plus, but not required
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
- Reliable, organized, and able to prioritize tasks independently
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to lift heavy equipment and perform physical tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent; trade certifications a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
