At Pawtopia we believe that building compassionate lifelong relationships with our clients is a must. We want that relationship to start the moment they walk in the front door. As a front desk receptionist that relationship building begins with you. Our salon is offering an opportunity to showcase your customer service and organizational skills as our Front Desk Receptionist. We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude with great people and communication skills, a passion for animals and their wellbeing. You will be responsible for creating a warm and hospitable environment in the reception area.
As the Front Desk Receptionist, your primary duties will involve greeting clients, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, texts and emails, and tidying up and organizing the salon. You must be able to bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
This is a very fast paced, multi tasking type job. You will be pulled in many different directions and will need to prioritize your time appropriately. You will be responsible for some operations management duties which include holding groomers accountable for different tasks throughout the day.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
