In this role, you'll deliver exceptional in-home pet care and dog walking services throughout your community. We offer a flexible, independent schedule backed by strong operational support and a professional network.

Key Responsibilities & Shifts

• Daily Visits & Dog Walking: Handle drop-in visits dedicated to exercise, feeding, and fun interactive playtime. Peak hours happen around midday and during holidays. (Note: Requires availability for at least two weekends per month and a rotating holiday schedule).
• Professional Overnight Care: Offer peace of mind and constant companionship by staying overnight (9 PM – 7 AM) in client homes. This is a great match for anyone with flexible daytime hours.

Candidate Requirements

• Residency: Must live directly inside the Northwest Charlotte service zone (Zips: 28214, 28216, 28269, or immediate surrounding areas).
• Transportation: Valid driver’s license, a reliable personal vehicle, and active car insurance.
• Tech-Ready: A smartphone with a steady data plan for schedule tracking and sending real-time client updates.
• Commitment: A minimum 6-month commitment to build trust and consistency for our local pets and clients.
• Background: Must be able to pass a standard background check and provide strong professional references.
