In this role, you will deliver exceptional, individualized care right in your local neighborhood. We offer an independent, flexible day-to-day schedule that is fully backed by professional digital tools and a reliable operational support network.
Key Responsibilities & Shifts
- Daily Visits & Dog Walking: Handle drop-in visits focused on high-energy exercise, feeding, fresh water, and fun interactive playtime. Peak service times occur during midday hours and holidays. (Note: Requires availability for at least two weekends per month and a rotating holiday schedule).
- Professional Overnight Care: Offer peace of mind and continuous companionship by providing secure overnight stays (9 PM – 7 AM) in client homes. This is a perfect fit for individuals with flexible daytime schedules.

Candidate Requirements
- Residency: Must reside directly within the Northwest Charlotte coverage zone (Zips: 28214, 28216, 28269, or immediate surrounding areas).
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license, a dependable personal vehicle, and an active auto insurance policy.
- Tech-Ready: A smartphone with reliable data connectivity for tracking daily schedules and submitting prompt client updates.
- Commitment: A minimum 6-month commitment to ensure stability, reliability, and consistency for our local pets and clients.
- Background: Ability to successfully pass a standard background check and provide solid professional references.
