Youll serve clients in an outpatient setting while contributing to a collaborative, person-centered treatment environment. Your work is essential in helping individuals, families, and groups overcome challenges and achieve emotional well-being. As an outpatient therapist with Pawnee, you will:
- Diagnose and treat mental health disorders, developing and maintaining person-centered treatment plans tailored to each clients needs
- Collaborate with treatment teams, natural supports, and external providers to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care
- Monitor client progress through ongoing assessment and timely, accurate documentation per agency standards
- Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and complete agency-required trainings, including certification in evidence-based treatment models
