**What You\'ll Do**
- Greet the public in person and on the telephone in a professional
and direct individuals to the appropriate party as necessary.
- Provide support to clients by communicating Pawnees payment policies
obtaining required paperwork, setting up for Zoom appointments,
cancelling/scheduling appointments and ensuring all questions or
concerns are directed to the appropriate staff.
- Monitor clients in the waiting areas and report any concerns to
