Paw Pals is a premier dog daycare, boarding, and pet care facility serving Rockland County. We are looking for a Client Experience Specialist who loves dogs, enjoys talking with people, and is naturally great at recommending services that make pets’ lives better.
This role is part customer service, part sales, and perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships with clients while helping them choose the best care options for their dogs.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- Approximately 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
What You’ll Do
- Welcome clients and their dogs with warmth and professionalism
- Manage reservations for daycare, boarding, grooming, and in-home services
- Answer phones, texts, and emails from clients
- Help clients plan their dogs’ care schedules
- Recommend packages, memberships, and add-ons that enhance their dogs’ stay
- Assist with check-ins and midday client communication
- Keep client notes and pet profiles accurate in our system
- Help ensure a smooth, organized front desk experience
