Operations & Growth Manager (Part-Time)

Help us build Rockland County’s favorite dog-friendly destination.

Bark ‘n Brews is more than a restaurant. We’re a dog-friendly bar, café, event space, and community gathering place located inside Paw Pals.

We’re looking for an energetic, organized, and creative leader who wants to grow a business—not just manage one.

This role is perfect for someone who loves hospitality, marketing, networking, events, and building relationships within the community. If you’re always thinking of new ways to bring people through the door, we’d love to meet you.

Schedule

Part-Time (20–30 hours/week)

Our restaurant is currently open Saturdays and Sundays 12-6pm, so weekend availability is required.

Weekday hours are flexible and focused on growing the business through:

• Marketing
• Social media
• Community networking
• Business partnerships
• Event planning
• Guest engagement

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys creating their own schedule while making a measurable impact on a growing business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekend restaurant operations and guest experience
• Plan, organize, and execute events
• Create engaging social media content and maintain an active online presence
• Build relationships with local businesses, breweries, rescues, schools, and community organizations
• Develop creative marketing campaigns and promotions
• Increase memberships, repeat guests, and customer loyalty
• Book and coordinate private events and parties
• Lead and motivate the restaurant team
• Maintain high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and service
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve operations

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in hospitality, restaurants, events, retail, or customer service
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
• Comfortable using social media for business
• Creative thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Enjoys networking and building relationships
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Dog lover preferred!
