What You'll Do
As a Clinical Program Supervisor, you will provide leadership, guidance, and support to community support workers delivering behavioral health services across community-based programs.
You will:
- Lead and supervise behavioral health community support workers while supporting professional growth and accountability
- Provide clinical consultation, coaching, and support for complex or high-risk situations
- Monitor program performance, service quality, and consumer outcomes
- Support staffing, scheduling, workflow management, and service delivery needs
- Review documentation and service activities to ensure quality and compliance standards are met
- Partner with leadership to strengthen program performance and improve operational effectiveness
- Support onboarding, training, and workforce development initiatives
- Collaborate with community partners, referral sources, schools, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders
- Help identify opportunities to improve services, processes, and consumer outcomes
- Active DC behavioral health license in good standing (LICSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist, or equivalent)
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
- Three years of behavioral health experience
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience supervising community-based behavioral health services
- Experience with DBH-funded programs
- Experience with quality improvement, program oversight, or utilization management
- Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families
Salary : $80,000 - $88,000
