Responsibilities
- Prepare paver surfaces by cleaning, sweeping, and inspecting for cracks or damage prior to sealing.
- Mix and apply sealants using appropriate hand tools and power tools, ensuring even coverage and optimal adhesion.
- Follow detailed work orders to accurately execute sealing procedures according to project specifications.
- Operate machinery and power tools safely while adhering to all safety protocols on job sites.
- Conduct inspections during and after application to verify quality standards and proper sealing techniques.
- Coordinate with admin and sales teams to schedule work efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Maintain all safety equipment, tools, and materials in excellent condition for consistent performance.
- Maintain a valid drivers license and safely operate a company vehicle.
Skills
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation relevant to sealing projects.
- Strong mechanical knowledge.
- Experience with construction, pressure washing, or exterior home cleaning are helpful.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and ability to work effectively in diverse environments (residential and commercial).
- Be ready to show up to work on time each day with a positive attitude!
