What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pressure Washing/ Paver Sealing Tech position at Parsons Property Services?
As a Pressure Washing & Paver Sealing Technician, you’ll be responsible for performing professional exterior cleaning services at residential and commercial properties, including:
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate pressure washing equipment and surface cleaners
- Clean and prep paver driveways, patios, pool decks, and sidewalks
- Apply sealer to pavers using sprayers, rollers, or brushes
- Perform soft washing of homes, roofs, and fences when needed
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance on every job
- Communicate effectively with customers and crew leaders
- Assist with loading/unloading equipment and daily setup/breakdown
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation to/from shop or job site
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, work outdoors in Florida heat
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
- Willingness to learn new techniques and follow company procedures
- Must be dependable and punctual
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience in pressure washing or sealing
- Familiarity with surface cleaners, soft wash systems, or sealers
- Box truck driving experience
- Comfortable on ladders
