Paver Seal Tampa is a growing, established exterior cleaning and sealing company serving homeowners and businesses throughout Tampa Bay.
We specialize in professional paver cleaning and sealing, natural stone care, pressure washing, and restoration. We're looking for dependable, hard-working people who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in doing a job right, and want the opportunity to earn more as their skills and responsibilities grow.
Experience in pressure washing, paver sealing, coatings, hardscape, construction, landscaping, or a similar hands-on trade is highly valued. We're especially interested in candidates who already have field experience and are capable of growing into a Lead Technician role.

We're not looking to put everyone at the same starting rate. If you bring relevant experience, can operate equipment, understand exterior cleaning or sealing, or have experience leading jobs or crews, we want to hear about it.
What You'll Do
You'll work on residential and commercial properties throughout Tampa Bay performing services including:
- Paver cleaning and sealing
- Pressure washing and surface cleaning
- Joint sanding and preparation
- Natural stone cleaning and sealing
- Pool decks, driveways, patios, and walkways
- Restoration and specialty cleaning projects
- Equipment setup, breakdown, and jobsite cleanup
Experienced technicians may also assist with running projects, directing helpers, performing quality-control checks, and communicating with customers.

- Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Be comfortable working outdoors in Florida conditions
- Be physically capable of performing active, hands-on work throughout the day
- Be dependable and show up ready to work
- Take care of company equipment and customers' property
- Be able to follow a process and maintain quality standards
- Communicate well with your crew and customers
- Be willing to learn and improve
Prior experience in pressure washing, sealing, coatings, hardscape, construction, landscaping, or another field service trade is preferred.
