What the Work Looks Like
You’ll be part of a small, tight‑knit crew that delivers high‑quality residential and commercial window cleaning & pressure washing. You’ll learn professional techniques, customer communication, and how to work safely and efficiently on ladders and operate equipment. We do not do high-rise cleaning, so you won't be hanging off the sides of buildings, but you do need to be comfortable on a ladder (we will train you).
Part‑time employees typically work 2–3 days per week and have the opportunity to advance into full‑time roles as they demonstrate reliability, skill, and alignment with our culture.

Requirements
These are non‑negotiable:
- A working cell phone
- Your own vehicle to get to the office each day (no Ubers or shared vehicles)
- Fluent English
- Strong reliability and follow‑through (VERY IMPORTANT)
- Comfort working on ladders
- Willingness to learn and follow our safety and quality standards
- Time Management & Problem Solving Skills
- Strong communication skills (VERY IMPORTANT)
- A friendly and professional look and disposition
- A positive can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently and are trustworthy
- Clean Driver's License
- Able to pass a National Background Check
- Able to lift/move ladders and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
Pay and Growth

Assistants Average $20 , Technicians $22 , Team Leads $24 , with room to grow all the way up to your own location! Where you start depends on your experience. Assistants with no experience usually move up within 6-8 months!!!
