Responsibilities and Duties
- Operate tanker trucks daily in a safe and efficient manner
- Load and unload product safely and efficiently
- Properly clean and prep all equipment on vehicle
- General cleanliness of assigned equipment
- Perform Pre-Trip inspections, along with all required paperwork
- Perform other related duties as required
- Assist with safety audits
- Several nights on the road may be required
- Potentially work throughout other states
Qualifications and Skills
- Truck drivers must have and maintain a clean driving record
- Must have a valid Class A Commercial driver’s license
- Must have a Haz Mat Endorsement or be willing to obtain one
- Tanker experience preferred
Requirements
- 3 Year plus of Driving Experience, clean driving record
- Oil Spreading experience required
- Must be willing to join union
- Applicant is required to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.
