Experienced Construction Crew Member

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Construction Crew Member to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be an integral part of various construction projects, contributing your expertise to ensure quality craftsmanship, safety, and efficiency. Your hands-on experience with building materials, tools, and construction techniques will drive the successful completion of diverse remodeling, restoration, and new construction initiatives. Duties

• Assist in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to execute construction plans accurately.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently across multiple project sites.
• Perform building material installation including framing, drywall, flooring, tile laying, roofing, stucco, masonry work and more.
• Conduct construction inspection tasks to ensure compliance with safety protocols and project specifications.
• Install windows, doors, cabinets, glass panels, and perform trim carpentry as part of remodeling or restoration projects.
• Execute concrete forming, finishing, and masonry tasks with precision; handle caulking, plastering, and fabrication work as needed.
• Support electrical and plumbing installations by interpreting schematics and adhering to safety standards on outdoor or indoor sites.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to all safety protocols during outdoor work or indoor construction activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in building construction with a strong background in carpentry, roofing, masonry, or related trades.
• Familiarity with construction management principles and estimating processes is preferred.
• Skilled in blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and construction plans.
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery operation.
• Knowledge of safety procedures relevant to construction sites; ability to enforce safety protocol adherence consistently.
• Experience working on construction projects or similar environments is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and understanding project requirements related to remodeling or restoration efforts.
