Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Manager (Fiber OSP) located in Albuquerque, NM. The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing fiber optic outside plant construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include supervising construction crews, ensuring construction safety, managing project budgets and controls, and collaborating with team members and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills and experience in managing construction crews
- Expertise in Budgeting and Project Control
- Knowledge of Construction and Construction Safety practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work on-site in Albuquerque, NM
- Experience in the telecommunications or electrical utility industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or 5 years of experience in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
