Job Description
Paula TeacherAssociates, Inc. is looking for a Residential Direct Care Professional to join our Jeannette team!
$17.00/ hour plus paid training. A shift differential is offered for the overnight shifts. All hours worked between 11:00pm - 8:00am are paid $18.00 / hour. Saturday 8am-4pm and 3:45pm-11:45pm. Also 2 weekday evenings 1pm-9pm or 2pm-10pm.

The Residential Staff member provides direct care of the residents by providing assistance with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, socialization, meal preparation, meal preparation, daily living necessities, and other activities of daily living.
We currently have two Part-time positions available.
Additional hours are available depending on the needs of the site or your willingness to cross train at a sister site in Greensburg.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid Driver's License
- Prefer prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. However, it is not required.
- Criminal clearances
- Clean driving record - no offenses within the past 3 years
- Must complete a required ODP orientation and the DHS Medication Administration on-line training program
- Tb/ physical is also required
