About Us
Since 2013 Paul Smith Landscaping is a family owned, professional landscaping company specializing in lawn maintenance, plant installation, and seasonal property cleanups. We are hiring two dependable and hardworking crew members for the 2026 season.
Responsibilities
- Perform weekly lawn maintenance
- Mulching, edging, trimming, and pruning
- Planting trees, shrubs, and flowers
- Assist with spring cleanups and fall prep work
- Safely operate landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude with team members and customers
Requirements
- Landscaping experience preferred (training available for the right candidates)
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and handle physical labor
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Clean driving record required to drive a truck & trailer
- Reliable transportation to and from the shop
- Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team
- Punctual, reliable, and professional
Schedule
- Season begins March/April 2026 (weather dependent)
- Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays during peak season to make up for rain days
- Overtime available during peak season
Job Type: Seasonal
Pay: $23.90 - $32.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
