Pearl Landscaping is a fast-growing landscaping company coming off a strong first year and preparing for expansion. We are hiring a Landscaping Foreman / Crew Lead to take ownership of daily field operations and grow with the company.
This role is ideal for someone who values quality, efficiency, and independence. You must be comfortable working solo on smaller jobs while also leading projects as the company scales. For the right long-term fit, there is potential for profit sharing, partnership, or equity. Starting March 2026.

Responsibilities
- Lead and complete landscaping and outdoor construction projects
- Work efficiently both independently and with a crew
- Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Manage time, materials, and job site organization
- Communicate clearly with ownership and clients
- Adapt to new services and responsibilities as the company grows
Qualifications
- Prior experience in landscaping and/or outdoor construction
- Strong work ethic and ability to work without supervision
- Leadership mindset with a hands-on approach to helping team members develop
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Physically capable of demanding outdoor work
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Experience with machinery a plus (mini-ex, dingo, skid steer)
