Duties
- Perform oil changes and fluid checks to maintain vehicle performance
- Conduct tire services, including installation, rotation, alignment, and balancing
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various automotive repairs
- Diagnose vehicle issues using automotive diagnostics equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs
- Assist in sales of additional services and products as required
- Carry out heavy lifting tasks related to tire and lube operations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service
Requirements
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive repair setting is preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance
- Familiarity with automotive service techniques, including oil changes, tire service, and alignment
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to automotive repair
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed in the course of duties
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members
- A valid driver's license is required
