- Operate a flatbed tow truck to transport vehicles to designated locations.
- Respond to dispatch calls promptly and professionally
- Safely load, secure, and unload vehicles using proper procedures and equipment
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, mileage, and fuel usage
- Perform pretrip and posttrip inspections of the tow truck to ensure vehicle safety and operational readiness
- Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and law enforcement when necessary
- Follow all DOT, company, and local safety policies and procedures
- Effectively communicate with all locations and provide recommendations
- Ability to work as a team and independently
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and regulations

- 1 year towing experience
- Valid Drivers License with For Hire Endorsement
- Current DOT Physical
