Position Details
- Day and Night Shifts Available

Responsibilities
- Safely operate company tow trucks and equipment
- Respond promptly to dispatch assignments
- Perform vehicle towing, recoveries, lockouts, jump starts, tire changes, and other roadside assistance services as assigned
- Complete all required paperwork accurately
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and deliver outstanding customer service
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of towing experience required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Excellent work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to safely load, secure, and transport vehicles
- Must be dependable, respectful, and safety-focused
