- Lead the daytoday operations of the salvage yard, including receiving, sorting, and organizing salvaged parts and Ferrous material.
- Supervise and train employees to ensure that they are following safety procedures and performing their job duties efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and implement systems to track vehicles and ferrous inventory.
- Purchase and price incoming inventory to ensure profitability and competitive pricing.
- Foster positive relationships with customers and vendors to encourage repeat business and maintain a positive reputation in the industry.
- Oversee all yard production such as equipment operation, vehicle processing, parts pulling and sales
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding salvage yard operations.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, including enforcing safety protocols and ensuring that all employees are adhering to environmental regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

- 2 years experience in the industry or related industry
