Summary/objective

Job Description

The Crush Crew Laborer is responsible for assisting with crushing salvaged vehicles and other materials.

Essential Functions

• Work as a team to help the process of crushing salvaged vehicles and other materials
• Ensure all materials are properly segregated
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and tracking the movement of materials
• Foster positive relationships with customers and vendors to encourage repeat business and maintain a positive reputation in the industry.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding salvage yard operations.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, including enforcing safety protocols and ensuring that all employees are adhering to environmental regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Required education and experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1 years experience using a cutting torch and other hand tools to dismantle vehicle and equipment
• Valid Driver's License
