The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office.

Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and processing paperwork.
Supervise and train administrative employees to ensure that they are following procedures and performing their job duties efficiently.

Maintain accurate inventory records and work with the yard team to ensure inventory levels are accurate
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding salvage yard operations
Manage financial aspects of the business, including invoicing, billing, and possibly creating budgets
Maintain a safe and clean work environment, including enforcing safety protocols and ensuring that all employees are adhering to environmental regulations.
Manage employee schedules and ensure that staffing levels are appropriate for business needs
Perform other duties as assigned by management

- Weigh incoming and outgoing materials, including scrap metal, vehicles, and parts
- Provide accurate pricing to customers based on weight and type of material.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and work with the yard team to ensure inventory levels are accurate.
