Job Description:
The Auto Dismantler/Parts Puller is responsible for removing parts and draining all fluids from salvaged vehicles, ensuring that parts are properly identified, organized, and prepared. The position requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Identify and remove parts from salvaged vehicles using hand tools and power tools.
· Properly identify and label parts and vehicles., ensuring that they are organized and stored appropriately.
· Maintain accurate inventory records and track the movement of parts.
· Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding salvage yard operations.
· Maintain a safe and clean work environment, including enforcing safety protocols and ensuring that all employees are adhering to environmental regulations.
· Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Competencies:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Previous experience as an auto dismantler or parts puller preferred, but not required.
· Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools.
· Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations regarding salvage yards preferred.
· Valid driver's license.
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
· Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
· Ability to work in various weather conditions.

Hours
Monday through Saturday 8am-5pm Overtime Required
Must have your own tools, steel toe boots are required.
Must be able to pass pre employment drug screen, and background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 52 per week
