Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive instruction in barbering techniques and theory in a classroom setting.

• Monitor Guest Services in the Clinic Classroom

• Lead students and encourage excellence throughout the entire program

• Prepare students for state licensing examinations

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and practices

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of Barber experience and experience with Paul Mitchell products. This position requires experience in effective communication, soft skills, professional development, and teamwork. The candidate must also possess a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow. Full and part-time positions available.

Requirements:

• Valid Florida Barber Instructor License

• Minimum of 2 years of barbering experience

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Genuine passion for teaching and helping others grow

• Patience, professionalism, and a positive attitude
