We are seeking a passionate and licensed Cosmetology Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced, motivated, and committed to helping students succeed both in the classroom and in their future careers.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, structured cosmetology instruction in both theory and practical settings
- Prepare lesson plans aligned with state board requirements
- Demonstrate techniques in hair, skin, and nail services
- Supervise students during hands-on clinic work
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain accurate attendance, grading, and student records
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and school policies
- Foster a positive and professional learning environment
Qualifications
- Current Cosmetology Instructor License (required)
- Active Cosmetology License (required)
- Previous teaching or training experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for education and mentoring students
- Knowledge of current beauty trends and techniques
