Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service drive or at the service counter
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms and service requests
- Advise customers on routine maintenance, manufacturer-recommended services, and necessary repairs
- Prepare accurate repair orders and obtain customer authorization for work
- Communicate clearly with technicians to relay customer concerns and ensure proper diagnostics
- Provide timely updates to customers regarding vehicle status, costs, and completion times
- Review completed repairs with customers and explain charges and services performed
- Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and address any issues
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records and service history
- Support dealership goals for service sales, customer retention, and CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index)
- Other duties as assigned by management.
