Responsibilities

• Ensure each customer experience is welcoming and focused on exceptional satisfaction.
•  Experienced ability to communicate efficiently in discovering each client’s concerns.
• Candidate must be an effective liaison between the technician and the client to ensure all concerns are addressed and successfully resolved.
• Responsible for scheduling, selling, and providing estimates to clients.
• Proactively guide consumers through the Service process in an efficient, communicative, professional manner.
• Must possess the ability to multi-task while being detail oriented and organized.
• Ensure that our customers are provided the premium experience they all expect.

• CDK Drive experience required
• Excellent communication skills
• Self motivated and driven to excel in a team environment
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
