About the Role
Paul LaValley PLLC is an established Tucson-area real estate agent with hundreds of closed transactions. We're looking to partner with a licensed Arizona real estate agent who thinks like a content creator — someone with a great eye for video, editing, and storytelling who wants to build a personal brand around real estate content.
Real estate experience is a plus, not a requirement — we're prioritizing content skill over transaction history. Let's have a conversation about the possibilities.
What You'll Do
- Shoot and edit short-form video (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) covering listings, market updates, and day-in-the-life content
- Plan content around listings, open houses, and client events
- Manage a posting calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
- Help shape content strategy, tone, and brand voice
- Optionally support real estate transactions as your license allows and interest grows
Requirements
- Active Arizona real estate license (must have or be actively pursuing)
- Based in Vail or Tucson, AZ
- Strong social media content skills — you understand what performs and why
- Videography and editing experience (smartphone or camera — portfolio/reel required)
- Comfortable on camera
- Self-motivated, organized, reliable
Nice to Have
- Existing social media following or portfolio in real estate/lifestyle content
- Experience with CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar editing tools
Compensation
Commission only. We will split the commissions based on the leads generated.
